Checkout+ is unavailable for new orders on this website. Existing orders purchased with Checkout+ retain their purchased return protection: the $5 fee covers the first eligible return or exchange without an additional handling or return shipping charge. Checkout+ cannot be added to new orders on this website.
For existing orders purchased with Checkout+ only (this service is unavailable for new orders): If you chose to not opt in for Checkout+, you will still be able to return your items for a refund however you will be charged a $2 handling fee and the entire cost of the return shipping label that will be deducted from your refund amount when the return is processed.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot add Checkout+ and you will responsible for the handling fee & return shipping label. Checkout+ cannot be added to new orders; contact returns@stitchandstone.ca about protection already purchased. On the flip side, if you added it to your order and didn't mean to, please reach out and we can refund the fee.
Checkout+ is unavailable through both accelerated checkout and the cart on this website. Ordinary return rights and fees still apply.
